QuestionPro is a leading provider of SaaS based solutions for customer experience, market
research and survey feedback. With over 50,000 clients and 200 employees worldwide we are
growing fast and looking for exceptional people to join our team.
We are currently looking for an experienced market research and product management
professional to join us as Director of Communities. In this role you will be responsible for the
entirety of the Communities product including but not limited to sales, marketing, and product.
We are looking for a dynamic person who can leverage their previous market research roles to
design and implement new product features while also overseeing marketing and sales. Truly
managing a segment of the business inside QuestionPro. Our Communities product line relies on
enterprise based sales and customers so the ideal candidate will have a strong analytical
mindset, laser focus on revenue goals, and a proven ability to manage projects though the
development process.

● P&L ownership and responsibility for achieving growth targets
● Overall responsibility with developing the product roadmap and direction of the
Communities product line
● Work closely with your marketing manager on campaigns and strategies to effectively
market the communities product
● Ensure that marketing materials of the communities product are in line with the
marketing strategy
● Work with our global sales teams to improve the Communities selling process and design
new campaigns and sales messaging to improve conversion.
● Drive customer retention and growth, as P&L owner you will play a role in the full
customer lifecycle including renewal and expansion. Work with our Enterprise segment
business managers to identify and create upsell and cross sell opportunities.
● Own the implementation of all features and campaigns. Utilize your research and product
background to own product delivery by managing cross functional product and
development teams. Manage projects from concept through to release.
● 5 years of market research experience with at least 3 years of experience using

Communities software
● Proven track record of achieving product utilization or revenue goals
● Experience managing software delivery, proven track record of working with project
management and development teams to launch new product features and experiences is
a plus.
● Outstanding analytical skills and business acumen
● Ability to drive collaboration across multiple teams including; sales, marketing,
development, and management.
