Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Director – Supply (Operations) to lead and scale our supply ecosystem, including vendor partnerships, panel strategy, and sample procurement. This role will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and scalable supply to support global research projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Strategy & Leadership Define and drive overall supply strategy aligned with business growth goals Build and scale a robust global vendor ecosystem (panel partners, aggregators, niche providers) Identify new supply sources and partnerships across B2B, B2C, and hard-to-reach audiences
Vendor Management & Procurement Own end-to-end vendor lifecycle: onboarding, negotiation, performance management, and renewals Drive commercial strategy including pricing, margin optimization, and cost efficiencies Establish SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks for vendor performance
Operations Excellence Oversee sample feasibility, allocation, and fulfillment across projects Partner with Project Management and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution Improve turnaround time, feasibility accuracy, and project success rates
Quality & Compliance Implement strong quality control frameworks to ensure data integrity Monitor fraud, duplication, and panel quality metrics Ensure compliance with global data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Team Leadership Lead and mentor a high-performing supply/ops team Define org structure, hiring plans, and capability building initiatives Foster a performance-driven and collaborative culture
Stakeholder Management Work closely with Sales, Research, and Client Services teams Act as a strategic partner in client discussions involving supply feasibility and solutions Present supply insights and performance metrics to leadership
Requirements
10–15+ years of experience in Market Research, Sample Procurement, or Vendor Management Strong experience in online sample ecosystem / panel management Proven track record of managing global vendor networks (US, EU, APAC) Deep understanding of B2B sampling, feasibility, and audience targeting Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing and negotiations Experience leading large teams and cross-functional collaboration Familiarity with tools/platforms used in MR (sample marketplaces, survey platforms, etc.)
