The American Land Title Association (ALTA) is seeking candidates who are passionate about uncovering trends, solving complex problems, and using data to help shape the future of our industry for our Manager, Industry Intelligence & Analytics position. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and lead next-generation industry intelligence for an industry that touches nearly every residential and commercial real estate transaction in America.
The Manager will serve as ALTA's internal expert on data and analytics, transforming proprietary and external datasets into actionable intelligence, meaningful research, innovative tools, and compelling insights that inform industry leaders and support strategic decision-making. The role will be instrumental in helping build ALTA's research platform, developing dashboards and visualizations, leading research initiatives, and advancing new data products and services that deliver value to members and the broader industry. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with data, experimenting with emerging technology and finding new ways to answer important questions.
This position can be in our Washington, DC office or can be remote.

Requirements
Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree plus three years’ experience in related field(s); enjoys working with data, asking big questions, and finding innovative ways to turn information into insight. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing complex datasets, leveraging AI-powered tools, managing research projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating findings in a clear and engaging way. Experience in analytics, market intelligence, economics, research, data science, consulting, or a related field is important.
