Description

SitelogIQ is a rapidly growing energy and facility services company focused on making buildings better. We provide planning, design, and management solutions for organizations that want efficient and sustainable building environments that are healthier and safer for their occupants.

Our Marketing Strategist will work out of our Corporate Marketing Department but support our Commercial & Industrial business unit priorities and success. With a boots on the ground approach, you will partner with the team to drive vertical marketing strategy and execution, overseeing demand generation; lead campaign planning, development, and implementation; and support brand management to increase company visibility and market share. This role will be hyper focused on keeping the sales funnel full!

Target Salary: $90,000- $100,000+ depending on experience

Marketing Strategist Responsibilities:

  • Oversee any aspect of marketing for the Commercial & Industrial group, including vertical-specific strategy and planning, sales enablement collateral, social media graphics, presentations, Web design, etc. to ensure success (Not to fear, you will have team of colleagues to partner with for the implementation part!).
  • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business unit targets and goals. (You’ll be in a key success role to support sales enablement efforts.)
  • Manage budget, measure KPIs, and calculate ROI to determine future campaign models.
  • Oversee the creation of clear and engaging visuals through creative deliverables and storytelling.
  • Stay current with industry and marketing trends, practices, and standards and understand customer targets to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as liaison to greater marketing team to coordinate demand generation activities, including email marketing and search engine optimization, as well as utilization of CRM/automation tools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors. Your ability to build strong relationships is critical to success!

Marketing Strategist Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or closely related discipline
  • 7-10 years of related experience; experience in Commercial Real Estate (Multifamily, Hospitality, Retail, Industrial, or Property Management, Automotive, and/or Manufacturing/Distribution markets is a plus
  • Strong strategic planning, communication, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience in leading demand generation activities
  • Keen relationship builder and ability to act as a liaison
  • Proven competency in mapping and understanding key audiences and developing actionable persona/messaging profiles
  • Be relentless in rapidly and continuously testing and adjusting marketing messaging and tactics.
