Senior Insights Manager
Seeking a results oriented market research professional to manage a select group of insight communities and accounts, as well as build a team to service a broader set of customers.
Online insight communities allow companies/brands to secure immediate and in-depth end consumer (customer) insights for improved decision making, and bottom line results. Not only does the client receive direct answers to current business questions but they also receive valuable insight from listening to customer feedback on an ongoing basis. In addition, insight communities allow companies to co-create with their consumers (customers).
Major Responsibilities:
- Account management: Professional and enthusiastic interaction with clients including developing and executing plans that will deliver on insight goals and drive value.
- Planning: Translation of client business goals and challenges into a community insight plan and research activities to deliver actionable information in a timely manner.
- Content design: Development of activities that will successfully elicit rich feedback and opinions from community members.
- Moderation/facilitation: Creation and maintenance of a positive and effective community environment that will deliver high ongoing member engagement and interaction.
- Analysis/recommendations: Evaluation of consumer feedback and opinions to deliver client-friendly actionable insights and recommendations.
- Quality assurance: Ongoing management of data accuracy and client reports, as well as overall support driving toward client retention.
-Mentoring/leadership: Ability to lead and work with teammates to deliver on deadlines and goals
Requirements
- BA or BS, business, psychology or related field
- 6+ years of market (consumer) research experience
