Description
Lead end-to-end advanced analytics, ranging from foundational statistics to complex modeling initiatives
Provide strategic internal and external methodological consultation to achieve client business objectives
Collaborate on primary research design and implementation
Convert high-dimensional data into client-friendly narratives (reports, simulators) in partnership with internal teams
Partner with the Data Sciences team to elevate departmental experience & capabilities
Requirements
Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in applied data science with a proven track
record of delivering complex modeling projects
Education: Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Psychology or related
field (Advanced degree preferred)
Technical Skills: High proficiency in a statistical programming language (e.g., SAS, R, Python)
Communication: Excellent ability to explain complex quantitative findings for non-technical
stakeholders, both written and verbal
Execution: Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment
Mindset: A creative, craftsperson approach to problem-solving, relationship focus, driven to
understand the “why” behind the data, willingness to experiment with new tools
